CAYSS: Cytometry Analysis of Yeast Spores Segregation

Installation

CAYSS depends on flowCore, cluster, KernSmooth, qpdf and stringr R packages.
As flowCore belongs to the BioConductor project, use BiocMananger to install CAYSS dependencies.
Open a R session and execute following commands:
